We created an emotive film for Action for Children’s flagship ‘Secret Santa’ campaign.
Working with our long-standing agency partner Killer Creative, we devised an animated TVC based on paper cut Christmas cards. Through a tactile, heartfelt story we show how we can all help to make a vulnerable child’s Christmas a little more magical.
Combining live action footage with animation, we open our story outside a loving family home on a cold Christmas Eve. We then introduce a little Christmas magic with a poignant twist as animated cards nestled on the mantlepiece come alive.
Voiced by actor Larry Lamb, we hear three stories of hardship as we witness our little heroes trapped in their paper cut worlds. But as we introduce the Secret Santa campaign, these worlds change and shift into better, friendlier environments showing that a little generosity can go a long way.
